6th-8th Grades | Junior Chef Summer Camp

They'll learn knife skills, a multitude of cooking techniques, regional cuisines, ingredient identification, and they'll learn how to put together dishes from scratch! Menus are subject to change based on availability and seasonality of some items, and we’ll always make sure we work around your child’s dietary needs as necessary.
We are making some adjustments to the original schedule and to our daily operations to keep your child safe and fed in our camps.
We're still taking a Culinary Trip Around the World!
Here are some of the changes we are making:
-We are limiting our capacity to only 9 total people in our space at an allotted time.
-Our staff will wear face masks at all times.
-Your budding chefs will be eating their creations in our spacious dining room with plenty of space between guests.
-Your budding chefs will be working with their own ingredients with their own stations and tools.
-Only guests that are booked will be allowed in our space.
If previously booked, we will be making calls to all of you shortly.
