Churrasco with Chimichurri & Papas Fritas
1 each Flank Steak (12 oz)
3 each Garlic Cloves
1/2 each Yellow Onion
1 bunch Italian Parsley
1 tsp Chili Flakes
1 tsp Oregano, dried
2 oz Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 cup Olive Oil
3 each Russet Potatoes or Yukon Gold
Oil for Frying ( 3 to 4 cups)
Salt & Pepper To Taste
Have a medium/large pot for frying (filled half way up), large sauté pan or skillet (cast iron will work), tongs, and a mixing bowl handy.
