Chocolate Lava Cake

Friday Bake Along! It's time to make some delicious Molten Chocolate Cakes!
Makes 4 cakes
6 ounces Dark Chocolate, Semi Sweet
4 ounces Butter (1 stick)
1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
2 each Whole Eggs
2 each Egg Yolks
2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
Room Temperature Butter As Needed for greasing
Flour As Needed for dusting
6-8 each Strawberries*
1 Tbsp Sugar*
*=Optional Ingredients
Have your ovens preheated to 450°F and have a baking sheet ready with 4 each 6 to 8 ounce baking ramekins. Also have a sauce pot and a mixing bowl that fits over the top of the sauce pot.
