1/2 lb Shrimp, Peeled & Deveined, Size 13-15
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
1 each Vine Ripened Tomato
1/2 each Yellow Onion
1-2 each Jalapeño
1 bunch Cilantro
1 Lime
1/4 each Small Red Cabbage
1/4 each Small Green Cabbage
1 tsp Cumin
1 each Radish*
1/2 cup Cotija or Queso Fresco*
1/2 cup Crema Fresca or Sour Cream*
6 each Corn Tortillas
Oil in pot for frying
Lard As Needed*
Salt & Pepper To Taste
