CREATE LIVE | THAI PORK LARB
Thai Pork Larb
1 lb. Ground Pork (80/20 or 90/10)
1/2 each Red Onion
3 each Long Beans or Raw Green Beans
2 each Green Onion or Scallion
1 bunch Fresh Mint
1 cup Thai Basil
1 cup Cilantro
1 each Lime
1 Tbsp Glutinous Rice (Raw Thai Sweet Rice)
Fish Sauce, To Taste
Palm Sugar or Light Brown Sugar To Taste
Dried Thai Chili Flakes (Fresh works too) To Taste
1 cup Japanese Short Grain Rice (Sushi Rice)
2-4 each Green Cabbage Leaves*
2-4 leaves Butter Lettuce or Boston Bibb Lettuce
*=Optional Ingredients
Have a large nonstick pan or wok handy (preferred), a large mixing bowl, alongside a rice cooker/steamer (not needed but a lot easier), a slotted spoon, and tongs handy.
